This workshop will lay out a perspective about ‘how and what we think’ impacts sports performance. What we feed our bodies via words, images and thought impacts the effectiveness of our actions. In fact, thought affects every cell of our body. For athletes this understanding is critical.
We will explore various Mindset practices that will allow us to come to the most appropriate Mindset for our athletic training and performance.
The more conscious we are about our particular Mindset as we engage in our sport the greater our enjoyment and performance.
This workshop will be lecture and experiential.
