Pamela Kramer is the President of ITP International (ITPI). She has been a performance consultant, career specialist and executive coach for the past 30 years and has a MS in counseling with an emphasis in Organizational Development. A certified ITP trainer, Pam conducts workshops and programs on the extraordinary benefits of Integral Transformative Practice (ITP) and Leonard Energy Training (LET). Pam is lead business consultant for ITPI, heads the ITP Mastery teacher training program and facilitates the growth of new ITP groups around the country.
